Shipping & Delivery

We deliver the same day within Riyadh for orders confirmed before 4 pm, and within 24 to 48 hours to other cities in Saudi Arabia. We confirm the delivery time with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Delivery fees in Riyadh:

• North Riyadh: delivery is on us for orders from 290 SAR, and 15 SAR below that.

• Other Riyadh districts: 25 SAR for orders from 290 SAR, and 40 SAR below that.

• Coffee and desserts on their own: delivered to Al Munsiyah and Qurtubah only, so they arrive fresh, for 10 SAR with a 40 SAR minimum. With any bouquet they travel at the bouquet's fee.

• Pick-up from our shop in Al Munsiyah: free.

North Riyadh districts: Al Munsiyah, Qurtubah, An Narjis, Al Rimal, Al Yarmuk, Al Malqa, Hittin, Al Yasmin, Al Arid, Al Qirawan, As Sahafah, Ar Rabi, An Nafal, Al Ghadir, Al Muruj, An Nada, Al Wadi.

Other cities in Saudi Arabia: the fee depends on the city and is shared with you on WhatsApp before the order is confirmed.

Payment & Order Confirmation

When you complete an order, WhatsApp opens with your order details. Our team replies to confirm availability and delivery, then sends you a secure payment link or bank transfer details. We start preparing your order once payment is confirmed.

Exchanges & Returns

At NORTCHI, every order receives exceptional care, from the thoughtful selection and arrangement of flowers to the preparation of beverages and the refined presentation of each gift.

**Nature of Our Products**

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, beverages, and other freshly prepared products, orders cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery solely due to a change of mind.

**Quality Assurance**

We are committed to maintaining NORTCHI's quality standards. If an order arrives damaged, contains an error, or does not match the agreed specifications, we kindly ask you to contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.

Each case will be carefully reviewed and resolved appropriately, including a refund where warranted.

**Order Modifications & Cancellations**

Requests to modify or cancel an order may be submitted before preparation begins. Approval depends on the stage of preparation and the nature of the products, subject to applicable consumer rights.
